Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Licensure: Active LCSW or LPC license in Oregon

Pay:$68,000 – $77,000/year

Schedule: Monday through Friday 40 hours per week – Flexible schedules including 4 ten hour days or 5 eight hours days available

Are you a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensed in Oregon looking to make a meaningful impact from the comfort of your home?

Iris Telehealth is seeking full-time LCSWs or LPCs to provide therapy services in several roles in Oregon.

In these roles, you’ll conduct individual assessments, develop treatment plans, and connect patients with valuable community resources, all within a program designed to fill gaps in the outpatient continuum for hospitals and health systems. Roles available with patients 5+, 13+, or 18+ in outpatient community mental health settings. Roles vary from primarily case management to primarily therapy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and monitor treatment plans
  • Provide therapy services and connect patients with essential community resources
  • Document patient services in electronic health records accurately and in real time
  • Use standardized assessment tools and exhibit strong diagnostic skills, contributing to our commitment to high-quality care

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience providing therapy services as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Active LCSW or LPC license in Oregon required
  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during PST hours.
  • Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
