Position: Therapist - Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) / Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) 

Licensure: Active LPC license in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and/or Louisiana required 

Pay: $75,000-$80,000 base salary + generous bonus potential 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5 pm EST/CST (40 hours per week) 

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of therapy and diagnostic experience following the issuance of an independent LPC or LCSW license. Experience facilitating group therapy is strongly preferred.

Iris Telehealth is seeking full-time therapists to provide therapy services in our Virtual Behavioral Health Clinic. In this role, you’ll conduct individual assessments, develop treatment plans, and connect patients with valuable community resources, all within a program designed to fill gaps in the outpatient continuum for hospitals and health systems.

• Develop and monitor treatment plans 

• Provide therapy services and connect patients with essential community resources 

• Document patient services in electronic health records accurately and in real time

Qualifications:  

• 2+ years of experience as an independently Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) 

• Active LPC or LCSW license in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and/or Louisiana required, and openness to be licensed in other states.  

• Proven experience in therapy, with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience in this setting 

• Experience with group therapy strongly preferred 

• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST/CST hours. 

• Experience & willingness to treat patients across various age groups, ideally all ages but a minimum of ages 13+ 

• Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
