Iris Telehealth is seeking PMHNPs to provide care to patients in a community mental health outpatient setting for 20-30 hours a week. This 100% remote role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at one of Iris’s behavioral healthcare partners, expanding access to quality care. You'll be able to collaborate with experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology, and be supported by an experienced administrative team—so you can focus on what matters most: patient care.

About the Role:

Schedule: 20-30 hours per week, within 8-5pm.

Patient Population: Ages 5+ , open to providers who see 18+.

Remote & Supported: This is a 100% remote role based at an outpatient community mental health center. You’ll have full support from onsite telehealth staff to handle rooming, vitals, labs, giving you more time to focus on what you do best—patient care!

Collaborative Environment: We are seeking a flexible provider who excels in teamwork and communication, working closely with a dedicated and supportive care team to meet patient needs effectively.

No on-call duties!
Qualifications:
- An active PMHNP license in the state of Indiana, and/or Oregon is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of prescribing experience post PMHNP Certificate issued
- Availability for 20-30 hours per week.
- Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 5+ strongly preferred
- Experience with CMHC diagnoses and a willingness to treat patients across all acuity levels
- PMHNP ANCC Board Certification (We do not currently offer any opportunities for PMHCNS)
- Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
