Iris Telehealth is seeking Psychiatrists licensed in Michigan to provide care in an outpatient Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) setting for 24–40 hours per week. This opportunity offers the chance to collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team at one of Iris's behavioral healthcare partners, supporting adults with behavioral health needs while expanding access to care in the community.

About the Role:
- Setting: Hybrid Onsite/Remote – Outpatient Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) in the Monroe, Michigan area
- Schedule: 24–40 hours/week | Flexible Monday–Friday schedule between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST, based on availability
- Hybrid Flexibility: The in-person component is flexible and determined collaboratively with the partner. There is no fixed requirement for the number of on-site days.
- Patient Population: Adults (18+)
- Primary Diagnoses: Mild to moderate behavioral health acuity, including a broad range of outpatient psychiatric conditions
- Appointment Times: 60-minute initial evaluations | 30-minute follow-up appointments | 30 minutes of administrative time built into each clinic day
- Support: Dedicated clinical and administrative support staff available to assist with patient flow, care coordination, and day-to-day operational needs
- No on-call required!
Qualifications:
- Active Michigan medical license required (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Availability for 24–40 hours per week during EST business hours
- Experience treating adult patients (18+) in an outpatient behavioral health setting preferred
- Telehealth experience preferred
- Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.

Compensation: W2: Starting at $300,000 annually (based on a 40-hour/week schedule), 1099: Starting at $180/hour
