Iris Telehealth is seeking PMHNPs licensed in Oregon, to provide care to patients in a community mental health outpatient setting for 32-40 hours a week. This 100% remote role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at one of Iris’s behavioral healthcare partners, expanding access to quality care. You'll be able to collaborate with experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology, and be supported by an experienced administrative team—so you can focus on what matters most: patient care. 

 

About the Role: 

  • Schedule: 32-40 hours per week in PST  

  • Patient Population: Ages 18+  

  • Appointments: 90 minutes for initial visits, 30 minutes for follow-ups. 

  • Remote & Supported: This is a 100% remote role based at an outpatient community mental health center in Oregon. You’ll have full support from onsite telehealth staff to handle rooming, vitals, labs, giving you more time to focus on what you do best—patient care! 

  • Collaborative Environment: We are seeking a flexible provider who excels in teamwork and communication, working closely with a dedicated and supportive care team to meet patient needs effectively. 

  • No on-call duties!

Qualifications: 

  • An active PMHNP license in the state of Oregon is required 

  • 2 years of prescribing experience post PMHNP Certificate issued preferred 

  • Availability for 32-40 hours per week, with the ability to work during PST hours. 

  • Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 18+ 

  • Experience with CMHC diagnoses and a willingness to treat patients across all acuity levels 

  • PMHNP ANCC Board Certification (We do not currently offer any opportunities for PMHCNS)   

  • Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
