We’re looking for a Psychiatrist licensed in Michigan to join one of our Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) partners in an ACT setting, treating patient ages 18+. This role offers the flexibility to work 20 hours per week and the support of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team so you can focus on delivering impactful care. You'll work with experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology, supported by a robust administrative team, allowing you to focus on patient care.

About the Role:

Setting: 100% Remote | Michigan based CMHC, working in an ACT setting

Schedule: 20 hrs/wk | Ideally two clinical days (Monday & Tuesday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM EST)

Patient Population: Ages 18+ with moderate acuity, including diagnoses SPMI, SUD, mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, psychotic disorders, IDD, dual diagnosis, depression, ODD, and ADHD.

Approximately 2 hours per day on remaining weekdays for case consultations, urgent clinical needs, care coordination, and court documentation.

Seeking a provider comfortable working with a diverse patient population.

This role will also be expected to meet ACT/IDDT operational and clinical expectations, including active participation in a multidisciplinary team, delivering integrated dual disorder treatment, and adhering to MDHHS training and service requirements.
Qualifications:

Completion of a 4-year ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency.

Active Michigan medical license strongly preferred

Board Certification in Psychiatrist Required.

ACT experience required.

Availability for 20 hours per week during EST hours.

Telehealth experience preferred (experience using PCE a plus!)

Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
